Family and Consumer Sciences . . . not your grandmother's Home Ec!

If it was, we couldn't get so many boys to take it!  

The unique focus of Family and Consumer Sciences is on families, work, and their interrelationships. This class provides an opportunity for students to develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors needed for living as independent and productive adults.

The Calendar will keep you up to date on our activities and assignments.  Follow other links for more information about the topics that we'll be covering during this one semester elective.  On the Documents page you will find not only worksheets and class information to download, but also the recipes the students will be preparing during their labs.
