  • Applying for Free and Reduced needs to be completed every year:
    • Applications need to be completed online starting July 22, 2014 by clicking here.
    • If you are accepted, please bring a copy of your acceptance letter with you to Student Check-in Day.
  • Students will take a school pictures/student I.D. (click here to access the Dress Code Policy)

  • Bring student immunization records if they are not updated (Tdap is required)
  • Set up a DCSD Nutrition Services account, add money to an existing account, or access the lunch menu by clicking here.  It will not go live until Friday, July 25, 2014.
  • Transportation application forms/bus route information by clicking here to acess payment information
  • Sign up for volunteer opportunities during Student Check-In
  • Spirit wear and physical education uniforms ($10 for set) will be available for purchase during Student Check-In
  • School begins for all students on Monday, August 11, 2014 at 7:25 a.m.
    • Students are required to pick up a color-coded schedule in the Commons before going to class
    • Schedule change requests are available in the Counseling office during Student Check-In dates below and August 12th-15th

      2014-2015 School Year REQUIRED Student Check-In Process (complete both steps)

  • Step One:  Primary household parent/guardian must complete On-line Express Check-In from July 21st through July 30th
    • Click here to access On-line Express Check-In (available 24 hours a day) using the Primary household parent portal account.  You will NOT be able to use your student's portal account.
  • Step Two: All registered students MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian to attend Student Check-In Day (chose one day to attend)
    • Monday, August 4, 2014 from 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
    • Late Student Check-In Day on Thursday, August 7, 2014 from 7:30-11:30 a.m.

Colts Corral 2014-Transition Program (Registration and payment due by July 14th)
Three day transition program (choose from Session 1, Session 2, or Session 3)

Great Strides 2014-Summer School Program (This program is now full!)

Open Enrollment for the 2014-2015 school year (Round Two)

  • Download a separate Open Enrollment (Round Two) application for each student
    • Complete and submit the application in person to the school of choice that you are applying for during normal office hours.
  • Applications during Round Two are added to the prioritized Round One list on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Notifications of Open Enrollment acceptance will be completed by Terri Nelson, Registrar at Cimarron Middle School

Open Enrollment Applications 2014-2015 school year (Round Two) will be available here on April 15 - August 15, 2014

Cimarron Athletic Registration

Registration will be open soon for 8th Grade Tackle Football, 8th Grade Volleyball, and 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Cross Country. We are in the process of building a new registration process.
