If your child is sick, on a trip, at an appointment…please call the attendance line at 303-387-5302 or use the "Report Absence/Tardy tab on the menu bar. You will need to leave the following information - your child's name, date, teacher, and reason for absence.
Student/Parent Handbook - The handbook for Grades 2-5 is located in the front of your child's student planner. Please take a moment to go over the handbook with your child. The following information is located in the handbook: Attendance, Curriculum, EPRs, Thursday/Friday Folders, Homework Policy, Lost and Found, Weather/Emergency Closure, Dress Code, Transportation/Drop-off & Pick-up, Visiting the School, Items from Home, SAC (School Accountability Committee), Cafeteria, and Student Supervision.
Kindergarten and 1st grade will be able to download a copy of the handbook on our website. If you have any questions, please contact your child's teacher or the office.

Have questions for your child's Teacher? Have a homework request? Visit the FES website and click on the "Classrooms" tab. The "contact form" within a teacher's website will automatically take you to their email. All staff emails are firstname.lastname@dcsdk12.org.
Need information about your child's bus stop, times, Zpass?
Visit the DCSD Website and click on the DCSD A-Z at the bottom of the page, and choose Transportation. The Parker area Dispatch phone number is 303-387-0570 or 0571. After hours Emergency/District Security is 303-387-9999.
Parent Portal - Check your child's fees, immunization records, attendance, and EPRs (progress report) when posted at semester. If you have a problem with your login or password, please contact Shellie or Vicky in the office. A link to Parent Portal is located on the FES Parent Portal tab on the menu bar.
FES Lunch Menu - We have a custom lunch menu for FES. You can download the menu from our website-click on the Nutrition Services tab and follow the prompts. You may also pay for your child's lunches online with a credit card at the same site. This will link you to "Online Payments". You will need your child's student ID#.
Interested in Volunteering at FES or in your child's classroom? (This is separate from PTO volunteering) We are working on a Volunteer page for our website that will give you volunteer options, orientation info, times, etc. Until that page is completed, please contact Shellie or Vicky in the office-303-387-5300. If you are already volunteering, please check the lobby or office for your new nametag!
