Back to School Night and the New Elementary Progress Report:
Please attend our Back to School Night on Wednesday, September 1, 2010.  Even though you attended the Goal Setting Conferences, you should plan on attending our Back to School Night because important information will be shared regarding the new Elementary Progress Report (EPR) and new Grading Practices that will affect your child's progress report and your ability to interpret your child's progress.  Our Back to School night will be from 6:30 -7:30. 

We will view a parent informational video and have a short question and answer session followed by time with your childs teacher about specific grade level and trimester expectations. Children will be entertained by a storyteller (music room) and puppet show (cafeteria), while parents are learning about the new EPR.  Afterwards, families will gather in the cafeteria for an ice cream social, provided by the PTO.  (Families do not need to bring a topping!)
