Ronald McDonald Care Mobile The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile offers checkups, immunizations and medical and dental care to children through the age of 21. Medicaid, CHP+ and sliding scale applications for those without insurance are accepted and trained staff are available to assist in the registration process.

PLEASE CONTACT RENEE AT HEALTH SERVICES-303-387-0260 TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT! *Helpful Informaiton *Parent/guardians must be present at time of appointment-proof of guardianship papers required. *Please arrive 15 minutes early. *Bring vaccination record to receive immunizations. *Except for the flu vaccine, there is no charge for medical and dental exam services for children who have Medicaid, CHP+ or are uninsured. *Sliding scale is available for dental treatment; sliding scale is available for adults ages 18-21. The new EPR is aligned with the new Colorado Academic Standards and reports your child's growth toward and achievement of these standards.
