If you are registering your child, please call our Registrar, Cathy Wilson at 303-387-5500. You will need a birth certificate and immunization record for your child, along with a proof of residency (Warranty Deed, Deed of Trust, Tax Notice, Lease Agreement, Notarized Letter from the person you are living with if you are living with someone and your name doesn't appear on the proof of residency.
