Matching Funds

Many corporations and small businesses support education by participating in a Matching Gift program. When an employee makes a financial gift to a school, employers who participate will match the contribution.

Relatives and friends who would like to donate to your child's school may also have the opportunity to participate. For example, grandparents residing elsewhere who work for, or have retired from, a participating company, can contact their employer to request a Matching Gift for a Douglas County school.

Contact your employer to learn more. Matching Gifts may originate in the HR department, Community or Philanthropic Support Foundation.  Request a Matching Gift form and submit it to the Douglas County Educational Foundation in the name of your Douglas County School, along with your financial donation.
