The Douglas County Educational Foundation hosted its 4th annual golf tournament fund raiser, sponsored by RBC Capital Markets, at the Perry Park Country Club in Larkspur. The scramble format golf outing was held on Monday, July 28th and had 144 golfers tee off on a great day for golf at this beautiful course.

Thank you to each and every one of our gracious sponsors, golfers, event staff and volunteers who helped make Golf for Education IV a great success. The DCEF looks forward to having everybody back for next year's event!

Approximately $50,000 was raised at this year's event to support Douglas County School District students and teachers.  Programs such as the Responsible Citizen and Global Citizen Grant(s), the Digital Educator training for teachers and student curriculum at The Wildlife Experience Museum, Young AmeriTowne and International Towne are made possible through the money raised.
