If you are a parent looking for assistance with your Infinite Campus parent portal account, contact the portal manager at your student's school.  Contact the school at their main phone number and ask for the portal manager or email them at the following address:  XXX.portal@dcsdk12.org where XXX is the school abbreviation (like HRHS or AGE).
