Registration Requirements for the

2009-2010 School Year

 Registration Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM 

School starts July 8, 2009

Registration packets are available at the front desk or are available for downloading (see attachments below).

  Registration packets will not be accepted without the following documents:

• Student's Birth certificate (Kindergarteners must be 5 years old and 1st graders must be 6 years old ) on or before October 1, 2009.
• Up-to-date immunization records (we realize kindergarteners who are not yet five years old may not have had all the required immunizations.)
• Proof of residence in the Bear Canyon attendance area (acceptable documents include signed warranty deeds, deeds of trust, purchase agreements, lease agreements, or property tax notices. Utility bills or Drivers License will not be accepted for proof of residence.)
