I will be in the building as needed. Please direct questions to email or voice mail that will be checked daily. Some reminders about volunteering: *Please be sure to sign in and out each time you volunteer in the building. The 'sign in' book is located on the volunteer desk across from the front office window. If it is your first time volunteering, simply follow the instructions on the desk. You will have your very own sign in sheet for the year! *When you first come to volunteer, please be sure to sign a district CONFIDENTIALITY form! You must sign a new one each year and then place it in the manila folder. Remember - information you receive as a volunteer is CONFIDENTIAL. Thank so much! *Don't forget to log all of your hours! We report all of our volunteer hours to the district each month and all those field trip and at home hours certainly count! So please log those hours on your personal sign in sheet or contact the volunteer coordinator with your hours and it will be documented. *Each of our volunteers will have a personalized name tag. After you volunteer for the first time and you have filled out a sign in sheet, a name tag will be created for you. Nametags are located on the pillar behind the volunteer desk and are organized by last name. *So that you may give your volunteer job you full attention - and because daycare is not available - we ask that you not bring siblings with you to volunteer. *If you are unable to volunteer at your scheduled time, please call the volunteer coordinator. The information will be passed to the teacher or staff member that is expecting you.
