Dear Parents and Students ~

Please read the following fee information in regards to student check-in for the new 2010-2011 school year.

Student Fees for 2010/2011: The following DCSD required fess have been added to your student's account: Book and Material Use Fee $20, Technology Fee $25, Graduation Ceremony Fee $30 (Senior Class of 20111 only).  In addition, the School Planner $5 and Homecoming Field Day T-Shirt ($10) have also been added, as both items are strongly recommended.  You may call the Finance Office at 303-387-2016 if you would like to have these two fees removed.  For optional items such as the Yearbook, Parking Pass, Phone Directory, Activity Card, Etc., you will be given the option to add these fees as desired.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once all class schedules have been finalized, First Semester Course Fees will be added after September 3rd, 2010Second Semester Course Fees will be added after January 14th, 2011.  Please view your student's account at that time and make your payment within 14 days.  Teachers rely on receiving these funds promptly for the purchase of class supplies. 

Free and Reduced Meal Waivers:If you have been approved for Free and Reduced Meals and would likeadditional assistance with course fees, you must present a copy of your2010 approval letter to the Bookkeeper before check-in.  Due toconfidentiality, the Nutrition Services Department will not share yourapproval status with TRHS.  Your course fees can not be waived untilthe TRHS Finance Office has received this letter from you directly.
